Approach:
I offer a highly personalized, tailored approach to therapy, based on the needs, goals, and personality of each individual client.

I draw from a broad base of theoretical approaches, focusing on evidence-based interventions when applicable. My primary clinical strategies typically stem from a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfuness-Based Stress Reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and Family Systems Theory.

As a trained MFT, I find it helpful to identify symptoms as one component within a larger systemic context.  Having trained within a medical model of care, I also have extensive experience collaborating with other relevant health practitioners, including physicians and psychiatrists.

Fees:
My rate is $135 based on a 50-minute session. I accept cash, checks, or charge at time of service. I have a small number of reserved slots for which I offer a reduced rate. Financial limitations should not create an insurmountable obstacle to obtaining the care and services you need. I do not work directly with insurance providers at this time.
Please inquire about my telehealth practice, if interested. I currently offer a limited number of online sessions, if visits to my office are in any way prohibitive.
